The teen workshop is a fun empowerment journey for teen girls. The 7 day online course prepares girls for an incredible year when she can truly shine with inner confidence, self-awareness and a positive mindset. In this course, she will: Celebrate her individuality Understand her strengths and how they can help her thrive Learn strategies to manage friendship challenges with self-compassion and kindness Learn how to 'flip' negative thoughts Develop a healthy relationship with her body Learn how to stay safe online and interact appropriately Start to embrace challenges with excitement and a positive mindset Feel excited about leaping into her best year ever! How It Works Your daughter will receive a new lesson each day for 7 days. Each lesson focuses on a different topic but builds on the magic of the previous lessons. The content is delivered by way of engaging videos and fun activities and worksheets. The lessons are short but powerful and designed to help girls develop true confidence from the inside out.
