About Us

My career started off in the medical industry, and have slowly moved into the counselling realm. I really enjoy helping and listening to people and watching them discover themselves and how to deal with and solve the issues that may arise.

​

Since having my children, two girls, I volunteered at their school and noticed pressures and difficulties that our children deal with from society, school and social media and how hard it is for them to navigate, understand and deal with.

My qualifications such as Dip. Counselling, Women's group facilitator and Meditation Teacher to name a few. I am currently completing a Dip in Holistic Counselling.
